Monday

Wow! What a fantastic first day! On route to Norfolk, we stopped for lunch and sat out in the lovely sun. After a long journey on the coach, we finally arrived at Manor Adventure at around 3pm. After we settled in, we had a quick tour of our new home for the week and unpacked our cases. It wasn't long before we headed to our first activity. Group 1 and 2 took part in rock climbing, group 3 took part in archery, group 4 took part in aeroball and group 5 took part in volleyball. It was then time to head for dinner; the options were lasange or breaded chicken with wedges which the children rated 10/10 and was thoroughly enjoyed by all! We finished off our day with our final activity:Quiz! Looking forward to the excitement of day 2!

Tuesday

That's our first full day at Norfolk complete! Today was a day of celebrations as we celebrated Mr Bond's 25 years of being caretaker at our school. We were up bright early - some earlier than others - for a lovely breakfast! Today's activities included: axe throwing, archery, kayaking, aeroball, obstacle course, low ropes and volleyball! Again, we had another sunny day; so lucky! This is the best weather we've ever had for Norfolk. After lunch, we opened up the tuck shop for the children; thanks again to the lovely PA for all the treats! After all the activities, we headed down to dinner and the dessert was an oreo donut - what a treat! We finished off the day with a year group disco. Some of song requests included: KSI, Michael Jackson and Taylor Swift! We treated Mr Bond to surprise cake to celebrate his 25 years! Let's see what fun tomorrow brings!

Just a reminder, that social media will be used to just update what is going on in the day. The website will be for your child's photos.

Wednesday

Another great day in Norfolk! Today we had a special visitor; Mrs Waterfield came to see us all. We started off the day with another lovely breakfast to fuel us for the day ahead! A combination of orange squash and blackcurrant squash has been a real crowd pleaser to keep us all hydrated (on top of all the water, of course.) The sun still continues to shine down on us, we can't believe our luck! Groups took on the ultimate battle in fencing as well as reaching new targets in archery and axe throwing! The wind didn't stop us as we took on stand up paddle boarding, even some of the teachers had a turn! Norfolk 2025 has brought a first for St. Peter's, 3 children have lost a wobbly tooth so the Tooth Fairy has got a busy night tonight! After another delicious dinner, it was time to head down to watch a film; Despicable Me 3! Day 3 over and out!
